We reserve the right to accept, refuse or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to the unavailability of Products, errors in prices or product descriptions posted on this website. Any acknowledgement of your order by us does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but is only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price. We will process and ship your order once payment has been verified and received in full and that XC-RC is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
Products are normally shipped within Australia via Australia Post or by Prearranged delivery. Australia Post can ship maximum of 20kg and Postal Packages that are no longer than 105cm in length.
Prearranged delivery is to assist customers who wish to purchase there items online and pay by PayPal/Visa online with the desire to pick up items In store. Under NO other circumstances will this option be valid. XC-RC has sole right to execute or terminate this option whenever it deems necessary or otherwise.
International Customers: For International delivery address we ship by Australia Post International. Charges are based on weight, size and delivery location.
Orders from International customers cannot be shipped to a Post Office Box or similar address. International Customers should be aware and are responsible for the following:
- Any import requirements or restrictions, licenses, duties, taxes and/or government charges that may apply to the Products in your country. Any losses resulting from your country freight forwarders losing , damaging or withholding items or opening packages sent for custom's or security reason's and any losses/damages resulting from such actions.
- Any additional freight, postal or other charges that may be imposed over and above what would normally be incurred (For example, Re-delivery charges (if any) if no one is available at the delivery address to accept the Products when first delivered).
Handling of Orders: Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of confirmation of payment of your order or the next business day. However, from time to time some Products may run out of stock. Our website will usually indicate if there is no stock. If one or more items are delayed (due to no stock) for more than 2 business days from when you place your order, we will contact you via email asking you for instructions on how we should proceed with your order. It may take up to 30 days or more for some items not in stock to arrive, depending on when we placed our order with our suppliers and depending on our supplier having the item in stock. Under such circumstances, we can ship the “in stock” items (if any) to you first and the balance when it arrives in stock, but in any case, we will contact you via email asking you for instructions on how we should proceed with your order.
Title, Insurance & Risk: Ownership of the Products shall remain with XC-RC until payment is received in full. Unless otherwise agreed by XC-RC in writing, we
reserve the right to dispose of, without liability or further notice, any partially-paid Products if, after a lapse of three months from when first ordered, full payment for the
Products have not been received by us.
The risk in the Products purchased will, unless otherwise agreed by XC-RC in writing, pass to you upon delivery to a carrier commissioned by XC-RC to deliver
the Products to you. XC-RC also does not accept responsibility for any damages, losses or liability for whatever reason arising from the following:
- Delivery of an order.
- Cancellation of or inability to fulfill an order.
Customers are strongly advised to make the necessary arrangements with us to have your Products insured and/or registered at additional cost, when placing your order. As XC-RC will not be responsible for undelivered , damaged or lost items that have not been insured to its full purchase value.
Return/Refund Policy. XC-RC will always aim to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Any products returned for a refund or exchange must be returned within 21days from time of purchase in a saleable condition with original packaging. Before the product is returned you must contact XC-RC to obtain a return authority form. This form needs to be fully completed outlining the reason for the return and any issues with the product should be clearly stated. The form must be returned with the product and with original receipt of purchase. The return shipping cost will be at customer expense as with the original shipping cost of the order purchased.
For defective products please include a brief but clear description of the fault with the return form. XC-RC reserves the right to investigate and test the products to establish and confirm the reason for the product being defective. Defective products that are covered by warranty will be replaced or refunded or credited within 14days of receipt of the returned product. Products that are not defective will be charged restocking fee of 15% of the cost of the initial purchase price. Products returned without an authorised form will not be processed.
Products that have not been used or installed as per manufacturer recommendation or that are in breach of our Conditions of Use or have been altered in any way, subject to misuse or have failed due to incompatibility or due to lack off due diligence, are not eligible for refund or exchange.
